Talent Management and Leadership Development for Organisational Health

Talent is everywhere in organisations. The challenge of talent management is to find ways of identifying, developing and deploying the specific talents needed to meet strategic goals, whilst at the same time fulfilling the aspirations of individuals. Organisational health involves creating internal strength and resilience via a blended approach to talent management, incorporating elements such as assessment, learning and development, performance management and career development.

Leadership development is also vital to the health of any organisation which needs to nurture talent from within, and today’s leaders have the awesome responsibility of helping others to grow. Whether through formal leadership programmes, executive coaching or team development, leadership development aims to build and sustain organisational fitness.

In business since 1998, I set up Eureka Development as an independent human resource consultancy, specialising in all aspects of managing and developing talent to release potential and enhance performance.

I have since worked with organisations around the world to help them to improve leadership performance and readiness  through executive coaching, facilitating team activities, designing assessment processes, and leading workshops and programmes. My clients range from global corporations to SMEs, and represent a wide spectrum of business sectors.

As a small consultancy, the style of working is personable but highly professional. Top-class account management means understanding your business and your environment. I believe in the importance of excellent working relationships, and allowing internal teams to develop during the process, thus avoiding unnecessary dependency.
