Executive Coaching

The executive coaching programme is tailored to the individual’s circumstances and may consist of only a few sessions or become a longer-term relationship. The coaching process offers the opportunity to “look into the mirror” with support and challenge from someone who is external. Sometimes the client may wish to work through a specific issue, or benefit from regular facilitation and feedback during a critical period.

Often appropriate diagnostic tools will be used to help the client see new perspectives and open up discussion. The first session is an opportunity to discuss the contract and to ensure that the relationship is likely to be productive before any commitment is undertaken.

I am a qualified careers counsellor and also work with private individuals who are at a crossroads or otherwise wishing to take stock of their career and identify new directions

Executive coaching sessions can also be taken outdoors (in locations such as Richmond Park or Box Hill) and combined with “companion” walking or other simple exercise routines to capture the added benefits of physical fitness with personal development.

Coaching can be requested for many reasons, and has many possible outcomes, amongst which are:

  • Improved performance

  • Health and fitness (outdoor sessions)
